The back wing of this historic home was completely renovated to create 2 bedrooms and baths on the second floor, a laundry/closet and pantry on the third floor, as well as a dormer and new gable in the attic. Some structural changes were required including new joists and rafters to meet modern code requirements. Care was taken to preserve custom milled moldings and antique recovered heart pine flooring throughout the project. The finished result was amazing!
